The village of Elpida

The village of Elpida is the only village on the western part Iota for miles around. The founders sent an expedition out from Dragconis made up of several separated groups that would all meet on at one spot at the end of their journey. Few survived. The reason they went so far west was because the founders figure the natives would never think to go looking for them there and they were right.

For a few years the village lived peacefully until one dragon happened to stumble upon it. Instead of destroying this village he decided to keep it and rule over it. Now the villagers every lives are spent serving the dragon. The rules and culture are what the dragon make them out to be. For the most part he doesn't care what they do as long as they please him.

The chief of the village does everything in his power to keep the village from falling into chaos. Many have left the village in an attempt to make it back to Dragconis but none have survived. It doesn't help the village is considered a myth by all who live outside it.

This village is made up entirely of humans.
